Change Your App Store Country and Download Any iOS App You Want
There are times when we want to download a popular new software or game, only to realize that it is unavailable in our country. However, there is always a solution to download apps from other countries.

You'll be asked to enter in a birthdate, name, and email address (you'll need to enter in a different email address from your other iTunes/iCloud account). You will also be asked to choose a password, pick and answer three security questions, and input an optional rescue email address. Once you've filled everything out, tap continue (this may take a moment).
Before you can start grabbing apps from another country, you'll need to pick the country on your new account. To do this, open the App Store and tap Featured. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, where you'll see a button that says Sign In. Tap this button and sign in using your new iTunes/iCloud credentials.
Next, Apple will ask for your billing info. In order to move forward, you will need to input a billing address and phone number that matches the country you chose, but you do not need to add a credit card at this time. So you can use any address -- a government building, a bank, a hotel. You won't be able to download paid apps without a credit card, but this way you'll at least get to download free apps from that country.
While technically unavailable in the US due to regional restrictions imposed by Apple, there are ways to skirt these rules and download an app or game that's only available in another country. Here's one way to get around Apple's region block and play soft-launched games before they arrive in the States.
It's important to note that this hack will only apply to free apps and games, as there's no valid payment and billing info associated with your secondary Apple ID. Your regular credit card or iTunes gift cards won't work due to regional restrictions imposed by Apple. One way to get around this is by buying gift cards from other countries online and add them as your secondary Apple ID's payment info.

It depends on the route taken and its length, map(s) downloaded, time of the day, day of the week, number of reports and traffic, number of active drivers, among other factors. You can check your current data usage:
When you add a language to your app, screenshots and the properties for the new language default to those for the primary language, except for the description and keywords. When you add a localization from the platform version section, it will automatically be added to the shared metadata under App information and to other platforms.
If your app distributes Wallet passes that require ongoing updates from your app or web service, the passes will eventually need to be reissued using a new identifier after transfer is complete so they can be signed with certificates issued from your Apple Developer account. To minimize user confusion and avoid interruption, we recommend providing a message in your app to let users know that their previously issued pass will become inactive and to download a new pass from your app or web service.

App bundles make it easy for you to group up to 10 of your apps together in a single download. Apps in a bundle must be either all paid or all free. A paid app bundle can only include paid apps and must be offered at a reduced price. Customers buy the bundle with a single tap and the individual apps appear on their device. Customers who previously purchased one or more apps in an app bundle can use the Complete My Bundle feature and the bundle price will be adjusted to account for those previous purchases.
After you have submitted an app bundle for App Review and it has been approved, it will automatically become available for sale when all of the apps it contains are available and all other requirements are met.
